Munich, Dortmund – Multiconnect has entered into a partnership with Materna Information & Communications SE, an internationally active IT service provider leading enterprise IT and digitization projects around the globe. Aim of the partnership is to combine Multiconnect’s cloud-based call software merged with Materna’s IT and digitization consulting, project management and implementation know-how. By doing so, clients will benefit from a better customer experience, boosting conversion and more efficient marketing efforts.
